About The Position

This role is for a Broker Services Associate who will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to brokers. The associate will quickly respond to broker inquiries via phone or email, making it easy for them to work with the company. They will also provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, or renewal inquiries with ease and accuracy.

Requirements

• Proficient computer skills, able to switch between multiple applications.
• Ability to remember details, prioritize competing tasks, and think critically to solve problems.
• Ability to communicate thoughts clearly (over the phone and in writing).
• Possess integrity.
