Consistency in speed, quality, and service is key, ensuring customers receive exactly what they ordered. Positivity and reliability are also essential, including showing up on time and communicating availability needs.

Requirements

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
• Be on time.
• Ensure you have reliable transportation and can be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests.
• English proficiency (written, oral, and verbal) is required.
• Mental math skills may be required for cash handling.

• Other language fluency is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special.
• Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials.
• Be consistent in speed, quality, and service.
• Show up to work on time and ready to go.
• Communicate availability needs and follow proper call out procedures.
• Support as needed when stuff comes up.
• Be generous through the window.
• Give opportunities to give back to the community.
• Participate in a tip pool after completing and passing Broista training.
