About The Position

This role involves engaging with customers, educating them about the menu, and embodying the company's culture, which emphasizes relationships over just selling beverages. Consistency in speed, quality, and service, along with a positive and reliable attitude, are key. Broistas are expected to support their teammates and contribute to a fun, people-first environment.

Requirements

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
• Be on time.
• Ensure you have reliable transportation and can be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests.
• English proficiency (written, oral, and verbal) is required.
• May be required to do mental math.
• May be expected to view things from near and/or far distances.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special.
• Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials.
• Be consistent in speed, quality, and service.
• Be positive and make friends feel good.
• Show up to work on time and ready to go.
• Communicate availability needs and follow proper call out procedures.
• Support teammates as needed.
