Requirements

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
• Be on time. Ensure you have reliable transportation and can be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests to meet Dutch Bros standards and policies, including federal, state, and local regulations.
• Be capable of performing mental math for cash handling.
• Written, oral, and verbal English proficiency is required. Other language fluency is highly valued.
• May be expected to view things from near and/or far distances.
• May stand, walk or be in movement during working hours, which can be up to 10 hours in a shift.
• Possible stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
• May need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs.
• May be exposed to chilly or hot weather.
• Occasional ascending or descending on ladders or ramps is a possibility.
• Working at Dutch Bros includes frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special.
• Help customers learn our menu, different products, and current specials.
• Embody the culture at Dutch Bros, as we are in the relationship business.
• Be consistent with speed, quality, and service to ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered.
• Be positive and look at the sunny side of everything.
• Show up to work on time and ready to go, communicate availability needs, and follow proper call out procedures.
• Support as needed when stuff comes up.
