Responsibilities

  • Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special.
  • Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials.
  • Be consistent in delivering exactly what the customer ordered.
  • Show up to work on time and ready to go.
  • Communicate availability needs and follow proper call-out procedures.
  • Support teammates as needed.
  • Be generous through the window.
  • Participate in the tip pool after completing and passing Broista training.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure you have reliable transportation and can be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
  • Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
  • Complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests.
  • Perform mental math as required for cash handling.
  • Communicate effectively in written, oral, and verbal English.
  • Stand, walk, or be in movement during working hours, which can be up to 10 hours in a shift.
  • Perform occasional stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
  • Push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs.
  • Ascend or descend ladders or ramps occasionally.
  • Engage in frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine.
