This role involves engaging with customers, educating them about the menu and specials, and embodying the company's culture, which emphasizes relationships over beverages. Consistency in speed, quality, and service is key, ensuring customers receive exactly what they ordered. Positivity and reliability are also crucial, including showing up on time and being prepared to support teammates as needed.

Requirements

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
• Be on time.
• Ensure you have reliable transportation and can be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests.
• English proficiency (written, oral, and verbal) is required.
• May be required to do mental math.
• May be expected to view things from near and/or far distances.

• Other language fluency is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special.
• Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials.
• Be consistent in speed, quality, and service.
• Show up to work on time and ready to go.
• Communicate availability needs and follow proper call out procedures.
• Support teammates as needed.
