About The Position
Lead broadband operations that power entire communities. Vyve Broadband provides high-speed internet, TV, and voice services in 16 states — and we’re growing fast. Please note this role is based in Skiatook, OK.
Requirements
- 5+ years in telecom operations with supervisory experience
- Proven ability to drive results and lead teams
- Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, service, and system maintenance for your market
- Manage supervisors, field teams, budgets, and performance metrics
- Ensure FCC compliance, service reliability, and top-notch customer experience
- Build relationships with local authorities, utilities, and community partners
- Mentor technical leaders and develop future talent
