Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• No felony convictions.
• No pending criminal charges.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with broadband, cable, fiber, satellite, alarm systems, low-voltage, electrical, HVAC, or other field-based technical work.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and restore broadband services in customer homes and businesses.
• Configure Wi-Fi networks and customer equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and deliver quality solutions.
• Work independently while providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Complete electronic documentation and efficiently manage your daily route.
