Broadband Hardware Product Marketing Manager

T-MobileBellevue, WA
$93,700 - $169,100Hybrid

About The Position

At T-Mobile, we invest in YOU! Our Total Rewards Package ensures that employees get the same big love we give our customers. All team members receive a competitive base salary and compensation package - this is Total Rewards. Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches. That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! We're changing how America connects at home. You'll lead the hardware portfolio strategy that makes it happen. The T-Mobile Home Internet Product Marketing team is looking for a Hardware Product Portfolio Strategy Manager who's ready to own the vision for our hardware lineup. This includes the Wi-Fi gateways sitting in millions of homes, mesh access points, connected home devices, and accessories that make T-Mobile Home Internet the best experience in the market. This isn't a "manage the roadmap" role. This is a "define what's possible, make the case for it, and drive it to market" role. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and marketing—shaping products across both our 5G and Fiber Home Internet businesses, influencing engineering teams, and leading go-to-market launches that make noise. We are looking for someone who obsesses over unmet customer needs, gets energized by complexity, and knows how to turn technical specs into real business value. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

  • 5 years of product or category management experience in consumer electronics, consumer hardware, broadband technologies, or similar
  • Proven ability to build annual business plans that include financial impact assessments, forecasting, and multi-year roadmaps
  • Strong technical acumen—comfortable advocating for specific feature requirements alongside product and engineering teams
  • Experience working with supply chain and demand planning to develop forecasts across volume, revenue, and cost
  • A history of establishing KPIs and driving accountability across cross-functional teams
  • An entrepreneurial mindset—you spot gaps before others do and build solutions that scale
  • You're as comfortable in a data set as you are in a strategy presentation. Ambiguity doesn't slow you down—it energizes you
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
