Requirements
- B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering (or graduating soon)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software
- Interest in bridge/structural design and infrastructure projects
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
- A team-oriented mindset and curiosity to learn
Nice To Haves
- Internship or co-op experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Support the design of bridges and structural systems on transportation projects
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams
- Assist with drafting, modeling, and technical analysis
- Participate in projects from early planning through construction
- Learn industry tools, standards, and best practices through real-world experience
