About The Position

We’re looking for a hardworking Bridge Laborer to join our bridge and structures crews on heavy civil construction projects. This role supports bridge construction, repair, and rehabilitation work and is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team that builds critical infrastructure.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to meet the demands of a physical, active work environment with or without reasonable accommodation
Previous construction or labor experience preferred (bridge, concrete, or heavy civil experience is a plus, but not required)
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliability
Commitment to job site safety

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire)

Responsibilities

Assist bridge crews with day‑to‑day construction activities, including demolition, formwork, concrete placement, and general labor tasks
Perform material handling, site cleanup, and tool/equipment setup to keep work areas safe and efficient
Support concrete pours, finishing operations, and bridge deck or structural repair work
Follow all safety policies and job site procedures
Work closely with foremen, operators, and other crew members to meet daily production goals
Perform other duties as assigned related to bridge construction and maintenance
