About The Position
AECOM is seeking a Bridge Inspector Co-Op/Intern in Providence, Rhode Island office. This position is expected to begin in Fall 2026. Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional. Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study. Intern 3 – completion of 3rd year of qualified study.
Requirements
- Must have completed 3 years of study in civil engineering.
Nice To Haves
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Motivated interest in Bridge inspection as a Team Member in the State of Rhode Island
- 1-2 cycles of internship experience in Bridge Inspection highly desired
- Bridge Load Rating experience
- Experience with AutoCAD, CsiBridge, LEAP Concrete/Bridge, MathCAD, AASHTOware BrM/BrR and MDX is a plus.
