We are currently looking for a Bridge engineer. In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that reflects our company's core values: solidarity, passion for undertaking large-scale complex projects, and innovation and kindness.

Requirements

• Higher technical education - Construction, specializing in Bridges.
• Experience in infrastructure design (bridges).
• Knowledge of Polish Building Law, Norms, and Standards in your industry.
• Ability to solve technical problems.
• Communicative knowledge of English.
• Proficiency in engineering software: AutoCAD and other CAD programs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel...).

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Revit, Tekla, and Sofistik software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design work in the bridge industry, calculations, and structural modeling in 3D software.
• Analysis of technical solutions and materials for the selection of technologies and construction methods.
• Verification of the correctness and optimization of design solutions, preparation of work estimates.
• Ensuring the timely completion of projects: participation in the preparation and adherence to project execution schedules.
• Communication with designers, subcontractors, and other departments to coordinate work.
• Effective delivery of industry projects to the Project Leader, ensuring they are completed on time and in accordance with Client requirements and Project Leader guidelines.
• Communication and coordination of prepared projects with other technical teams.
• Active participation in communication with the Client and meeting the Client's project requirements.
