Requirements

Ability to work on the road in Manitoba and Saskatchewan
Class 5 license is required
Class 3 or 1A license, or the willingness and ability to obtain them, is required
Ability to lift 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

Heavy equipment experience is an asset

Responsibilities

Performing general labour on construction sites, including operation of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
Identifying creative construction methods to complete work requirements efficiently
Assisting the site lead in ensuring that all work meets quality standards and project specifications
Working with project managers to maintain on-site documentation, including site safety records, hazard assessments, and daily job-site logs
Maintaining all tools and equipment used on site and ensuring that materials and supplies are available as needed
Providing mentorship and support to the less experienced craftspeople on your team
