About The Position

United Contractors, Inc. is currently expanding its business and seeks hardworking and dependable bridge construction laborers to join their company on multiple projects in the Des Moines, IA area. Successful applicants should have a valid driver's license and be able to use hand tools, effectively work at heights, shovel materials and tie reinforcing steel, drive nails, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, follow safety rules, and work with a positive attitude. Applicants must be willing to travel, as the job requires.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Minimum 1 year of experience
Ability to use hand tools
Ability to work at heights
Ability to shovel materials
Ability to tie reinforcing steel
Ability to drive nails
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
