Part-Time Bridal Stylist
About The Position
Bon Bon Belle is a modern bridal boutique dedicated to helping every bride feel confident, beautiful, and uniquely herself. With a curated collection of stunning gowns and personalized service, we make finding “the one” an unforgettable experience. This part-time role focuses on hosting brides for appointments, understanding their style, priorities, and budget, and guiding them through the shopping experience to close sales. The stylist will also be responsible for selecting and pulling dresses, assisting with try-ons, providing expert recommendations, creating an incredible customer experience, maintaining store presentation, and participating in continuous training.
Requirements
- Experienced in bridal/retail sales
- Someone who lives within 30 minutes of the store
- Interested in bridal styling, fashion, or design. May follow trends for those fields on social media
- Likes working as part of a team and who is supportive of their teammates and overall team success
- Doesn’t mind being on their feet and moving around at work
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities
- Host brides and their guests for bridal appointments, build trust, understand each bride’s style, priorities, and budget, and guide her confidently through the shopping experience with the goal of closing the sale.
- Select and pull dresses based on each bride’s needs, assist with try ons in the fitting room, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on styles, designers, fabrics, trends, fit, and budget considerations.
- Create an incredible, personalized experience for every bride and guest while also supporting the broader customer experience by greeting guests, answering phones, responding to inquiries, and ensuring customers are taken care of throughout their time with us.
- Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming store by keeping displays clean and stocked, organizing dresses and merchandise, and ensuring merchandise is presented thoughtfully.
- Share responsibility for the everyday cleanliness and organization of the store, including sweeping floors, maintaining and stocking the bathroom, caring for glassware, organizing dresses, and completing general tidying throughout each shift.
- Participate in ongoing training and monthly staff meetings to build expertise in our inventory, designers, styles, fabrics, bridal terminology, trends, and pricing so you can confidently advise brides and support the sales process.
