Full Time Bridal Stylist - New Jersey
About The Position
Grace Loves Lace, a global bridal brand, is seeking a charismatic and talented individual to join their New Jersey Boutique Sales Team as a Full Time Bridal Stylist. This role is ideal for someone passionate about bridal fashion, exceptional customer service, and helping brides find their perfect dress. The position offers an opportunity to work in an elegant boutique with a diverse and talented team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership capabilities or a strong desire to develop them, leading by example, supporting teammates, and contributing positively to the boutique's culture and performance. The role requires working 5 days a week (40 hours) with open availability, including consistent weekend work as these are the busiest days.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service
- Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
- Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey
- Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high-quality product range
- Be hard working with strong multi-tasking skills
- Highest standard of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work weekends and have the flexibility to take on extra shifts as needed
- Intermediate IT & Administration capability skills
- Experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry eg. NetSuite is advantageous
- Must be able to work weekends

- All candidates must have work rights in the United States
- Required to provide two recent and relevant referees

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized one-on-one private styling appointments
- Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience
- Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills
- Strive towards & exceed monthly individual and team sales goals
- Take individual measurements accurately and up-style from our exquisite range of accessories & occasional range
- Multi-task between taking appointments and following up with brides via email & phone
- Act as brand ambassadors, wearing provided beautiful products while in the boutique
