About The Position

Luv Bridal is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bridal Stylist for their Tempe showroom. This role involves helping brides find their dream wedding gowns and accessories, creating a memorable and positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and passionate about weddings and fashion. While bridal experience is a plus, it's not required; the company prioritizes attitude, energy, and the ability to connect with clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or retail sales (bridal or fashion preferred).
• Passion for weddings, styling, and creating special moments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in sales and the ability to meet goals.
• Weekend availability required (this role is exclusively scheduled on weekends).
• Team-player mentality with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Emotionally aware, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one appointments tailored to each bride’s vision, style, and personality.
• Create an exceptional experience from the moment a bride walks through the door.
• Recommend gowns and accessories based on the bride’s style, budget, and timeline.
• Build strong relationships with brides, their guests, and fellow team members.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Support daily showroom operations including cleaning, merchandising, and restocking gowns/accessories.
• Handle emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.
