Bridal Stylist (PT Retail Sales)
About The Position
The Bridal Stylist delivers an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to each bride-to-be, helping her feel confident, celebrated, and supported throughout the gown-selection process. The role calls for strong customer service and sales skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, confidence, and a commitment to Luxe Brands standards. Stylists share knowledge about designers, fabrics, fit, garment construction, and alterations while contributing to a positive and collaborative boutique environment. This is a part-time retail position at Luxe Redux Bridal in Charlotte, North Carolina, reporting to the Store Manager. The schedule requires availability for full shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with weekday shifts as needed. Compensation is $14 per hour plus commission; stated potential earnings are up to $25–$32 per hour. The posting also describes paid training and other part-time benefits.
Requirements
- Full-shift availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
- At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience, preferably in retail or soft-lines.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Reliable transportation and ability to report to the office by scheduled shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in bridal or luxury retail.

- Familiarity with Apple/macOS systems.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

- Guide brides through the gown selection process with professionalism and enthusiasm.

- Manage appointments and client communications effectively.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique cleanliness.
- Process transactions and assist with inventory management.
- Represent the brand with integrity and positivity in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
