Bridal Stylist at Bon Bon Belle – Madison, WI. Help brides say yes to the dress – join the Bon Bon Belle team! Bon Bon Belle is a modern bridal boutique dedicated to helping every bride feel confident, beautiful, and uniquely herself. With a curated collection of stunning gowns and personalized service, we make finding “the one” an unforgettable experience. This role is intended for a natural extrovert with experience in sales or bridal.

Requirements

Someone with a part-time job elsewhere or a full-time job that allows flexibility to work at our store
Experienced in bridal/retail sales
Someone who lives within 30 minutes of the store
Interested in bridal styling, fashion, or design. May follow trends for those fields on social media
Likes working as part of a team and who is supportive of their teammates and overall team success
Doesn’t mind being on their feet and moving around at work
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Greeting customers in a timely manner, answering phones, replying to customer inquiries, and ensuring all customers are taken care of.
Hosting brides and their guests for dress appointments, acting as a subject matter expert guiding brides to say yes to their perfect dress.
Providing the best service possible to wow each customer and guest in our store.
Positively contributing to our store's appearance, ensuring the store looks beautiful and all displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Contributing to the cleanliness of the store, including sweeping of floors, ensuring the bathroom is clean and stocked, organizing the dresses, maintaining glassware cleanliness and organization, and general tidying of the store each shift.
Learning new products, terminology, and trends, particularly through monthly staff meeting attendance.
