With a presence in numerous countries, the brand has become a leading name in the bridal industry, helping thousands of brides find the perfect dress for one of the most important days of their lives. We are looking for a passionate Bridal Sales Consultant to help make each client’s bridal dream come true. Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in bridal fashion or high-end retail.
Strong English skills
Comfort with tools like Excel and digital systems.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A genuine passion for bridal fashion and providing top-notch customer service.

Nice To Haves

Tailoring knowledge and experience with personalized sales would be a big plus.
Spanish is appreciated.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized service: You'll be the go-to expert, guiding our clients through every step of their journey from the first consultation to the final fitting and delivery of their dress.
Drive sales: Help us achieve our sales goals by offering tailored service that matches our clients’ needs and ensures they find the perfect dress for their big day.
Keep things running smoothly: You’ll assist with store operations like stock management, inventory, liaising with suppliers, and making sure all alterations and fittings are on track.
Uphold our standards: Maintain Rosa Clará’s high standards of store presentation and customer service, creating a beautiful and unforgettable experience for every client.
