About The Position

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to each Bride-to-Be, ensuring they feel confident, celebrated, and supported throughout the process. This role requires excellent customer service, strong sales skills, and sharp attention to detail. Sales Associates must be self-motivated and confident, with a passion for creating memorable experiences and upholding the Luxe Brands standard of excellence. At Luxe Brands, we know bridal retail is a unique and rewarding niche—and so are our hours. Unlike traditional retail, we don’t require early mornings or late nights, and we’re proud to be closed on major holidays—giving you time to recharge while big-box stores stay open.

  • Must be able to read the room, adjust communication styles, and navigate social dynamics with professionalism and empathy.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or bridal.
  • Proficient in software such as POS systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
  • Strong English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds (e.g., mannequins, boxes, and gowns).
  • Reliable transportation is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Google Drive.
  • Experience with Apple products and macOS systems.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding weekly and monthly goals.

Responsibilities

  • Guide brides through the gown selection process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations.
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals through upselling and relationship-building.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique cleanliness.
  • Process transactions and assist with inventory management.
  • Represent the brand with integrity and positivity in all interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
