About The Position

The LEGO Group is seeking a Part-Time Brick Specialist to ensure a signature experience for every guest visiting their LEGO® stores. This role involves performing all cash register functions, maintaining store displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards, and operating the stockroom efficiently. The Brick Specialist will also be responsible for daily cleaning duties and assisting in the receiving of merchandise. Requirements

• Ability to perform all cash register functions.
• Ability to learn and execute LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom.
• Knowledge of and adherence to all safety regulations.
• Ability to notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Must be able to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening if offered a position with high engagement with children.
• Must pass a drug screening as part of the drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, and maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards.
• Abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Perform store operational tasks as assigned.
