About The Position

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) is seeking a dedicated individual to join their brew team as a Brewery Lead. This role supports all beer production processes and contributes to RBC's goals of promoting and providing exceptional brews. The Brewery Lead will be responsible for coordinating distribution shipments, fulfilling internal and external orders, monitoring inventory, maintaining cleanliness and manufacturing best practices, providing brewer support and cellar work, and packaging during production runs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Experience or willingness to train to operate a forklift
• Demonstrated experience as brewing support
• Flexibility
• Team-focused attitude, patient, and takes care with product and machinery
• Ability to work independently and safely
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
