This position has primary responsibility for any part of the brewing process from the mixing and blending of raw materials to the fermented product. This is a night shift position with the working hours of 6pm-6am Wednesday-Friday and every other Saturday. Between the hours of 6pm-6am there is an additional $6.00 shift differential added to the base wage for this role.
