The team member in this position is responsible for serving beverages while monitoring a guest’s consumption to avoid possible intoxication. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Take beverage orders and prepare drinks correctly. Responsible for monitoring possible guest intoxication and communicating company policy and procedure regarding limitations. Take food orders and deliver these orders to the guest when applicable. Stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice used at bars, empty garbage, mop floors, keep all areas including bar mats and coolers, clean and orderly. Keep area in a clean and orderly manner. Plans, organizes and completes work timely. Takes initiative, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs. Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors.
