Server, Brew Brothers - Part Time
About The Position
This position typically starts at $7.50 + tips per hour and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full‑time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days. Serves patrons by providing information to help food and beverage selections, delivers orders refills, offering assistance in item selection. Server/Employee is well educated with menu offerings, maintains dining ambiance and clean work areas. Delivers service in upbeat, positive manner, learns guest’s names, suggests items and offers assistance.
