Requirements

• 2+ years of breathwork facilitation experience (group or 1-on-1).
• Skilled in both down-regulating and activating techniques, with safe screening and pacing for all levels.
• Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.

Nice To Haves

• Facilitator certification preferred (Wim Hof Method, conscious connected/circular breathing, Pranayama, or Holotropic-style) — not required.
