•$500,000 - $1,000,000•Onsite

About The Position

Radiology Associates of Florida, a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a full-time Breast Radiologist to support its growing practice in Tampa, Florida. The role focuses primarily on breast imaging, with at least 90% of work in this subspecialty and the option to dedicate up to 100% to breast imaging. Candidates may choose to participate in general diagnostic shifts and emergency call to maintain non-subspecialty skills. The position includes breast ultrasound and stereotactic- and MRI-guided breast biopsies; the practice is fully 3D, including stereotactic biopsies. Collaboration with local surgeons, pathologists, and oncologists is required. This is an onsite, partnership-track-eligible position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Remote shifts are shared equally among full-time associates and partners. The position may include an opportunity to teach radiology residents in partnership with the University of South Florida, but teaching is not required. The practice is locally and democratically led and serves health systems across Florida. It supports subspecialty-level interpretations and collaboration among radiologists, using universal PACS, AI tools, and integrated physician-to-physician communication tools. The position offers a competitive compensation package, internal moonlighting opportunities, benefits, partner PTO, 401(k), medical malpractice and tail coverage, and an expected sign-on bonus. The position is based in Tampa, Florida.
