About The Position

Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) Department of Diagnostic Radiology is seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Imaging Radiologist to join their faculty team. This role focuses 100% on breast imaging and interventions, offering a collaborative environment within the Knight Cancer Center. The position emphasizes high-quality patient care, teaching at various levels, and opportunities for academic scholarship, with no call, night, or weekend responsibilities. OHSU is Oregon's only public academic health center, involved in patient care, research, and training.

Requirements

  • ABR Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
  • Eligible to practice in Oregon
  • International Medical Graduates encouraged to apply if they also hold: Valid ECFMG certification + ABR BC or BE through the ABR IMG Alternate Pathway Program

Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of breast imaging and interventions, including mammography, ultrasound, MRI, biopsies, aspirations, and pre-surgical localizations
  • Teach at all levels: medical students, residents, and breast imaging fellows
  • Participate in weekly Multidisciplinary Comprehensive Breast Care Conference
