About The Position

This role is responsible for all aspects of preparing, setting up, and serving the complimentary breakfast. This includes ensuring personalized service to guests, managing inventory, ordering supplies, preparing food items, stocking machines, setting up self-service areas, maintaining cleanliness, and washing equipment.

Ability to order or purchase food supplies.
Ability to prepare food items.
Ability to stock machines and dispensers.
Ability to set up self-service food areas.
Ability to clear and clean tables.
Ability to maintain cleanliness of appliances and counter space.
Ability to remove trash.
Ability to restock food and supplies.
Ability to wash serving equipment.
Ability to return reusable supplies to storage.

Responsibilities

Providing personalized service to all guests.
Taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies for each day.
Ordering or purchasing food supplies.
Preparing foods such as fruit and milk machines or dispensers.
Stocking coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers.
Setting out/arranging cold food such as sweet rolls, muffins, donuts, cereal, etc, for self-service.
Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.
Wiping up spills and maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the morning.
Removing trash.
Restocking self-service food and supplies as needed.
Washing serving equipment and returning it to storage.
All duties around preparation, set up and service of the complimentary breakfast
Returning reusable supplies to storage.
Any other duties as requested by supervisor
