About The Position

Supervises the daily operation of the breakfast area, maintaining established quality and service standards and maximizing profits. Ensures guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on associate satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous, correct service. Directs and supervises breakfast attendant employees to maintain high quality service, cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction. Directs and supervises the food preparation for breakfast shifts in all food outlets of the hotel and ensures the highest-level quality and consistency as relates to food handling, food quality and food presentations. Performs other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Culinary school or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of one year restaurant and/ or hospitality related work experience required.
