About The Position
As a Breakfast set up/server, you help start each guest’s morning on the right note by delivering a smooth, welcoming breakfast service. You’ll prepare and present a continental breakfast buffet, keep items stocked and appealing, and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the morning. You’ll arrive in the early morning to get the dining room ready for guests, then move into a steady rhythm as breakfast begins. The pace is calm but active—checking the room, responding to guest requests, and keeping the breakfast presentation looking fresh as people come and go. You’ll wrap up by restoring the space for the rest of the day, leaving everything clean, organized, and ready for the next morning.
Requirements
- Comfort preparing food for a continental breakfast buffet
- Ability to clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining guest-focused service
Responsibilities
- Setting up the breakfast area and preparing buffet items
- Light cooking as needed for the morning offering
- Replenishing dishes, beverages, and supplies during service
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables for incoming guests
- Breaking down and tidying the dining room at the end of service
