About The Position

LBA Hospitality is hiring a Breakfast Hostperson for the upcoming Homewood Suites Winston Salem. The hotel is set to open in December, with work starting in mid-November as the hotel is prepared to open.

The Breakfast Hostperson provides prompt, friendly, and courteous service while maintaining a clean, welcoming, guest-ready breakfast area. The position helps ensure every guest enjoys a positive breakfast experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, service-focused, and dependable.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stretch, and reach.
• Ability to push or pull up to 60 lbs. and lift or carry up to 30 lbs. unassisted.
• Scheduling flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food and beverage experience.
• Food Handling certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast and dining area and supplies in a guest-ready condition.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist guests with food, beverage, and hotel-related questions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage selections, hotel services, and brand standards.
• Monitor food and supplies and assist with food preparation and storage as needed.
• Clean and restock the breakfast area at the end of each shift.
• Maintain required safety, sanitation, security, and emergency procedures.
• Complete required brand documentation.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and work effectively as part of the hotel team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
