About The Position

We are seeking a part-time dynamic hospitality driven Weekend Breakfast Host to join our team! Approximately 6-hours per day of work. Hours - are 5 a.m. - 11 a.m. SUMMARY The Breakfast Host is responsible to provide a warm and friendly immediate greeting to Guests, prepare & maintain the breakfast buffet and dining area to ensure our guests are satisfied at all times.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent, advanced education preferred or a combination of education and experience
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in the English language
Possess basic math skill (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Places a value on diversity and shows respect for others
Proven ability to problem solve and handle high stress situations
Must be prepared to multitask in accordance with the demands of the business
Has reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Ensures adequate food, beverages, and supplies are provided for Guests prior to opening for breakfast
Assists Guests with Breakfast needs
Effectively and efficiently maintains a clean environment for the Guests by wiping tables and seats, counters, taking out trash, sweeping/mopping floors, and practicing good hygiene by washing hands etc.
Treats Guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction
Willingly assists others without being asked
Works to create and maintain an enjoyable and respectful environment for our guests and employees
Maintains compliance with all employment policies and Brand Standards, to include all state, local and federal regulations
Follows management inventory and other operational procedures
Completes all other tasks and duties as assigned
