About The Position
A Breakfast Host is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the breakfast buffet area. They ensure that the breakfast items are fresh, appetizing, and well-stocked.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
- Availability starting at 5:30 AM on the weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
Responsibilities
- Preparing the breakfast area before guests arrive, including brewing coffee, arranging pastries, and setting out fresh fruits.
- Preparing and serving breakfast items such as cereals, pastries, and hot dishes.
- Greeting guests warmly, addressing their queries, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Monitoring food and beverage supplies and notifying management when stocks are low.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic breakfast area, following food safety guidelines.
