Salt + Marrow Kitchen, located within Crowne Plaza North Augusta, is seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality breakfast service and creating exceptional dining experiences for both hotel guests and local patrons within a fast-paced full-service hospitality environment. The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and executing breakfast menu items in accordance with established recipes, presentation standards, food safety guidelines, and operational expectations. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking breakfast items to order, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, monitoring product quality, stocking stations, and ensuring timely ticket execution during peak breakfast service periods. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a team-oriented culinary environment while maintaining consistency and professionalism under pressure. Prior breakfast, restaurant, or hotel culinary experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety, kitchen organization, and quality-focused service execution.
