Breakfast Attendant
About The Position
This role is responsible for making delicious hot breakfasts possible for guests and ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests. The Breakfast Attendant will prepare, serve, and clean up free hot breakfasts, create a warm, comfortable, and relaxing environment, ensure food safety standards are met, maintain appropriate inventory and supplies, and keep the breakfast and lobby area clean and well-organized. The position also focuses on providing an exceptional guest experience through courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and breakfast hours.
- Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
- Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English.
