About The Position

As our Breakfast Attendant, you will be working with our food & beverage team to provide courteous and efficient service during the earliest hours of our guests' stay. You will greet our guests, respond to guest requests and complaints in a friendly manner, and go out of your way to ensure guest satisfaction. You will maintain a clean and organized breakfast and surrounding area, and you understand the "clean as you go" process. You will work as part of a dynamic team in a busy, fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
• Valid Food Handlers Certificate.
• Ability to follow instructions as directed.
• Friendly, personable, and dedicated.
• Understanding of the importance of exceptional customer service.
• Must have your own transportation (hotel is not on a bus route).
