The Holiday Inn & Suites located in Astoria Oregon is looking to add to our hospitality family! This hotel has a perfect view that sits right on the waterfront under the famous Megler Bridge in Astoria. Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and service standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable engaging with guests and resolving concerns professionally
  • High school graduate or GED preferred
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Any state or local certifications as applicable
  • Consistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality’s standards are critical to success in this role.

  • Previous food & beverage, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a clean, inviting, and fully stocked breakfast area
  • Engage with guests during service, replenishing coffee and breakfast items while responding to questions and special requests
  • Provide a memorable, guest first experience that reflects Resolute Road Hospitality’s service standards
  • Monitor food levels and restock throughout breakfast hours
  • Set up, clean, and break down all breakfast service areas in a timely and organized manner
  • Maintain inventory of food supplies and assist with ordering when necessary
  • Inspect kitchen, prep areas, and dining spaces for cleanliness and readiness
  • Assist with occasional banquet set ups and breakdowns as needed
  • Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures (ServSafe guidelines)
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any issues promptly
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards to ensure guest and team safety
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
