Responsible for setting up, maintaining, cleaning, and breaking down the breakfast buffet, and dining area. This includes the daily preparation, set up, upkeep, and breakdown of the daily continental breakfast bar, hot breakfast buffet, and beverage area for guests. The role also involves greeting guests courteously, attending to their needs and requests, and answering questions about the hotel and local attractions. Daily tasks include cleaning and sanitizing appliances, counterspace, and tables, restocking items, and maintaining food, beverage, and supply inventory. The position requires following company policies and procedures, attending required meetings and trainings, and performing other duties as assigned by management. This role may require working nights, weekends, and holidays.
