About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, assisting them with their food and beverage needs, maintaining the dining area, preparing food according to standards, and ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices. This role also involves cleaning and organizing the kitchen and dining areas, and complying with attendance policies.

Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Must speak fluent English.
  • A.M. availability is a must (including weekends).

Nice To Haves

  • Cooking skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in the dining area.
  • Assist guests with food and beverage needs.
  • Maintain proper set-up of the dining area.
  • Prepare food according to standards and ensure proper temperatures.
  • Replenish food, supplies, and utensils.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining equipment.
  • Clean refrigerators and reach-ins daily, labeling, dating, and rotating food items.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors and vacuum the dining area.
  • Ensure all food orders are properly stored with correct dating.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
