The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring timely, friendly service throughout their visit. This role also involves scheduling reservations, answering phone calls, assisting with special requests or events, monitoring assigned tables, coordinating with the kitchen, and handling guest questions or concerns. Additionally, the attendant will process payments, ensure proper tip reporting, close out sales at the end of their shift, and maintain clean, fully stocked service stations, assisting with resetting tables.
