About The Position
Ramada Plaza Nags Head is looking to hire a part-time breakfast attendant to join our staff. This role involves working in our Breakfast Lounge on the second floor of the hotel, which overlooks the ocean, from 7 am to 11 am. The shift runs from 6 am to 12:30 pm, offering free afternoons and evenings. The position requires cash handling, POS system use, daily setup and breakdown of food and equipment, creating a relaxed environment through excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Works weekends and holidays.
- Works morning shifts.
- Offers flexibility and balance.
- Be on time and in proper uniform for each shift.
Responsibilities
- Cash handling and Point-of-sales (POS) system use
- Daily set up and break down of food and equipment
- Create a relaxed environment through courteous and accommodating customer service
- Maintain a work space that is clean and organized to maximize guest comfort and satisfaction
