You are reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to stay focused in a fast‑paced setting. Primary Responsibilities Set up, restock, and maintain the breakfast buffet to hotel and brand standards Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout the breakfast period Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, counters, and service stations Assist with basic food preparation and beverage service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel policies Support closing, cleaning, and transition duties as needed Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or guest concerns to leadership Physical/Cognitive Activities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, and transport items up to 25 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team member The statements in this position description are intended to describe the essential nature and level of work being performed.
