About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant at Best Western Coral Hills provides guests with an orderly, clean, and enjoyable breakfast environment. The role involves preparing and replenishing food and beverage items, assisting with service under the direction of the Breakfast Cook, responding to guest questions and requests in English, and maintaining a clean and safe dining area in accordance with Health Department requirements and company policies. The position is part-time, scheduled Saturday through Tuesday from 4:45 a.m. to 12 p.m., and starts at $15 per hour.

Nice To Haves

• Previous kitchen skills are preferred.
• A Food Handler's Permit; it can be obtained after hiring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, including fresh fruit and breads or pastries, and operate coffee and cappuccino machines.
• Operate warm-food chafers.
• Coordinate with and take direction from the Breakfast Cook when serving and refilling menu items.
• Maintain and restock cold foods, including yogurt, whipped toppings, milk, and juices.
• Communicate with guests in English and answer their questions and requests.
• Clean and maintain a safe eating environment according to Health Department requirements.
• Follow the policies and procedures in the Company Policy Handbook.
