About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant prepares food for the buffet line and serves guests. This position requires Saturday and Sunday availability. The role involves setting up the line for opening, understanding serving portions, serving and assisting customers courteously, preparing food according to brand standards, maintaining cleanliness of the serving line, and breaking down the serving line at the end of the shift.

Requirements

• Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Lifting a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Walking and standing for eight hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food for buffet line and serves guests.
• Set up line for opening.
• Understand serving portions as instructed.
• Serve and assist customers in a pleasant and courteous manner at all times.
• Prepare food for service as designated by brands standards.
• Keep serving line clean and neat at all times.
• At end of shift, clean and break down serving line as instructed, for next shift.
