The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffet. This role requires excellent communication and social skills to greet and attend to guests, ensuring all prep work is complete before meal service and before leaving for the day. The attendant must ensure food is of proper quality and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work surfaces, food service areas, coolers, tables, counters, chairs, and floors during breakfast hours.
