This role focuses on ensuring happy guests through spotless cleanliness, product consistency and quality, and strong teamwork. The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for maintaining the breakfast area, ensuring food safety standards are met, and managing the buffet. Key responsibilities include clearing and sanitizing tables after guest departures, setting up the breakfast buffet according to brand standards, cleaning the kitchen daily, adhering to food safety measures, and keeping the buffet area stocked and clean throughout the breakfast period.
