About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving hot breakfast for guests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves setting up and disassembling the breakfast buffet, maintaining a clean and organized breakfast/lobby area, and providing superior guest service. The attendant will also conduct inventory, stock supplies, and adhere to health and safety regulations. Embracing the company culture is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently spot and resolve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with various personality types, multitask, and maintain tact and diplomacy.
  • Maintain a positive reputation within the community.
  • Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
  • May occasionally lift in excess of 40 pounds.
  • Activities include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motion.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve hot breakfast for guests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Set up and disassemble the breakfast buffet, keeping it well-stocked during service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast/lobby area.
  • Provide superior guest service, fulfilling requests and anticipating needs.
  • Clear tables and clean/sanitize work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and floors.
  • Conduct inventory of food items, stock supplies, and assist with product storage.
  • Follow state, county, and company health and safety regulations.
  • Report for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform.
